Karen is through with her surgery this morning and everything went well. The surgery started around 7:30am and lasted about 45 minutes. She is back in her regular room. She is still groggy and catching a few winks after not sleeping well last night.
For those of you not in Winston-Salem, we were surprised with about 2" of beautiful snow last night between 7pm and 10pm. Schools are closed today but I didn't have any trouble driving back to the hospital early this morning.

Hi Rusty,
I am so happy for all of the good news that you have been given. I gave a praise report about it at church on Sunday but asked that everyone continue to remember, Karen and all of you in their prayers.
